When and where do you train?
Training takes place at Bedford International Athletics Stadium in Bedford. Training times can vary throughout the season, so we recommend contacting us before attending your first session.
What do I need to bring to my first training session?
For your first session, comfortable sports clothing, suitable trainers or rugby boots, and a bottle of water are all you need. Don't worry if you don't have specialist rugby kit yet.
